Town & Country is a 19 unit garden style apartment building in the heart of Mesa. Located in the Escobedo Historical District just a stones throw away from downtown Mesa, this building sits in a prime revitalized area of Mesa. The building consists of 14 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom units. Our renovation plan is to completely renovate all 19 units with new flooring, cabinets, hardware and washers / dryers in every unit.
